Vikings has come to a close for the time being … but
the good news is that this is far from the end of the show’s run for season 4, in 2016.
there are 20 episodes
this year as opposed to the typical 10, and they are being split
up into two halves. The first portion of the story is what you
watched up until tonight, and then the second half is something
that you’re going to have to wait on for a little while.
At the moment, History has not specified much in terms of a
return date, but they have said in the past that the second batch
of episodes will air this fall. Specifically what we know is that
there is a major time jump, and as a result of that we will see
many characters in different places than they were through the
first half of this season or really the entire series. We will see
more of Rollo in Paris, Ragnar challenging anyone who wants to
take his kingdom from him, Lagertha and Aslaug will battle it out
for the title of Queen and now that his sons are all grown up they
will have a much larger role.
