Warner Bros. shifts Wonder Woman and Jungle Book release dates, adds two new DC films to its slate
Warner Bros. Pictures has announced that it has brought forward the release of Patty Jenkins’ Wonder Woman movie, with the film set to arrive in theaters a few weeks earlier, having been moved up to June 2nd 2017 from its original June 23rd date.
Meanwhile, the studio has also added a further two DC movies to its Extended Universe slate, with the unannounced titles set to land on October 5th 2018 and November 1st 2019. Warner is keeping both under wraps for the time being.
Furthermore, with Disney’s The Jungle Book opening this month, Warner has announced that it has pushed back its own take on Rudyard Kipling’s classic, Jungle Book: Origins, a whole year from October 6th 2017 to October 19th 2018.
