WEEKEND BOX OFFICE : MCCARTHY'S "THE BOSS" SQUEEZES IT'S WAY TO NO.1 SPOT
The BOSS held a very narrow lead over BvS -- roughly $46,000 --
with an estimated $23.5 million to the DC superhero
showdown's $23.4 million.
Batman v Superman dropped to second place, falling another 54% at the box
office in its third weekend in release for a current domestic total
of $296.7 million.
Another new release, the FPS action movie ,Hardcore Henry
didn't pack much firepower at the box office, debuting in fifth
place with a weak $5.1 million.
